Laura è un'insegnante stupenda. E lo dico con assoluta convinzione perché anch'io sono una professoressa e sono consapevole da tutto il lavoro che c'è dietro e davanti allo schermo. È una persona magnifica che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, si adatta senza nessun problema alle necessità dei studenti ed è bravissima a trasmettere i contenuti. Personalmente, sono presa dall'italiano da tanto tempo ormai, è una lingua che mi piace studiare, anzi, da un paio di settimane Laura mi sta aiutando a superare l'esame C1 e spero di raggiungere questo obiettivo.

Me encantan Laura y sus clases. Lo tiene todo clarísimo así que lo explica fenomenal. En mi caso que estoy estudiando italiano por primera vez es estupendo que ella hable español porque si no sería casi imposible. Se me pasan las clases volando.

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?
